[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — money debited through debit card but not credited to my kotak 811 account | |
I am using my kotak 811 account. On 21 dec2017 i have funded my account using my debit card with rs 20000. It gave me error that connection timed out and also i did not get any refrence no for the transaction. The amount got debited from my bank account but was not credited to my kotak 811 account. When i call customer care they every time say that we will solve this issue soon. But 3 days have passed and the issue is unresolved and my money got stucked with them. Please help me i require my money urgently. Kotak bank is spoiling its name by doing this. Please dont play with customers money. Please solve my problem soon and credit my money as soon as possible Money debited while funding account but not credited to my account My mobile number is [protected].
