[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Money deducted but payment not successful | |||
I placed an order through zara app, when I proceeded to the payment I paid through UPI ( PhonePe) the money was deducted immediately but the payment was not successful on the zara app. And as I saw the complaints of others and your response that money gets deducted quickly but why does the refund takes so much time. My birthday is in 5 days and that was the dress I wanted to buy. And now you have my money and I don’t think my mother will give me money unless and until you refund it. So please it’s a humble request generate the refund in 24-48 hours. Everything you need is I am attaching below. Payment was made on 23rd June 2021 at 2:50am.
