[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Money deducted but zara order unsuccessful | |
Hello, This is Shreyas Agrawal. I am writing this mail to complain regarding the failed transactions at your payment gateway when I was shopping online from Zara India. In total there were three transactions from the UPI ID [protected]@paytm today afternoon. The timings and details of the transaction were: 1. 20/07/21- (3:27 PM). Amount- 3980 Paytm Reference Number[protected]Money debited but payment unsuccessful as per your gateway) 2. 20/07/21- (3:28 PM). Amount-3980 Paytm Reference Number[protected]Successful transaction but I cancelled the order so when will I receive a refund for this?) 3. 20/07/2021- (3:38PM). Amount-2280 Paytm Reference Number[protected]Money debited but payment unsuccessful as per your gateway) Please refund the amounts as soon as possible. I am waiting for your response. To be honest the gateway is very unpredictable and wouldn't use or suggest the portal to anyone further in life. Your transaction with Citrus ID UPI[protected] for Rs. 3980, Citrus ID UPI[protected] for Rs. 3980.00 and Citrus ID UPI[protected] for Rs. 2280 were failed transaction. The amount has been refunded to your source account on[protected] and shall reflect into your account within 7 to 10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) from the date of refund.
