[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Money deducted but zara order unsuccessful | |
Hello, This is Shreyas Agrawal. I am writing this mail to complain regarding the failed transactions at your payment gateway when I was shopping online from Zara India. In total there were three transactions from the UPI ID [protected]@paytm today afternoon. The timings and details of the transaction were: 1. 20/07/21- (3:27 PM). Amount- 3980 Paytm Reference Number[protected]Money debited but payment unsuccessful as per your gateway) 2. 20/07/21- (3:28 PM). Amount-3980 Paytm Reference Number[protected]Successful transaction but I cancelled the order so when will I receive a refund for this?) 3. 20/07/2021- (3:38PM). Amount-2280 Paytm Reference Number[protected]Money debited but payment unsuccessful as per your gateway) Please refund the amounts as soon as possible. I am waiting for your response. To be honest the gateway is very unpredictable and wouldn't use or suggest the portal to anyone further in life. The amount has been refunded to your source account on[protected] and shall reflect into your account within 7 to 10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) from the date of refund.
