[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — money got deducted

I filled the comedk exam and paid for the application form, my money got deducted but the transaction status was unsuccessful. So i again tried for the payment again my money got deducted but transaction failed. So i tried for the 3rd time and the transaction was successful, i got approved. But after that my pending 1st transaction got approved and i got the message of successful transaction. The 2nd transaction is still pending so there is a slight chance that it may get approved and again i wont get my refund. So at last here i am paying 4800 rupess for a application form that should have costed 1600. Aslo there is not a easy way to even contact them which is very annoying... I want my money back
