[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Money has been detected but my order has been cancelled. | |
I placed an order on zara and completed the payment via UPI (google pay) on 16th July. The order hasn’t been placed as it says ‘order cancelled’ as the payment hasn’t been successful but the amount ₹1, 490 has been deducted from my account for the same. Kindly please look into this issue. I’ve already registered a complaint but haven’t received any response. I would really appreciate a quicker response. Thanks.
