I have transferred the water tax and charges for a sum of Rs.2049/- for my consumer No.03515, zone-4, division 42 of Chennai Metro water, Chennai, Tamilnadu through CITRUS in Ref No.[protected]/easy/[protected] from my Indian Bank net Banking Ref.No.[protected] using ICICI gateway on 16.08.2020 at time 16.34. But on verifying the 'Metro Water, Chennai, the said transferred amount was not accounted to my consumer number in the Chennai Metro Water, Chennai and it is still shows the due.So it is therefore it came to know that CITRUS not transferred the amount to my dues in Metro Water, Chennai. Therefore kindly refund the amount debited from my Indian Bank A/c No.[protected], IFSC Code: IDIB000M157 and oblige the same. Was this information helpful? | |||

Hey, this is a successful TXN via Citrus ID OL[protected] at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product//Refund/Cancellation you are requested to contact the merchant directly to get the status at their end.
