[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Money taken but movie ticket not sent. | |||||
Hello, I booked 4 seats at the cost of Rs.892.00 online yesterday through citrus from my HDFC bank account for Bahubali-2 movie @ INOX, Meddilipalem, Vizag for 10:00PM show. Money is transferred from Bank (Ref No:[protected], Pickup code 7541) as soon as the payment is done but ticket is not yet send to me. When I contacted HDFC bank, they told me to contact the merchant because they already made the payment. Citrus contact information is made complicated to make any registration of complaint very difficult. Do these online transaction companies keep any check and balances? I wonder why this company not yet detected the transaction failure and not refunding the money automatically. I think this is done purposefully to cheat people.
