[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — My money got deducted but the order was not confirmed

I had purchased items from Zara online app. The money got deducted from my Paytm account via Ubi mode of payment, but it showed that the payment was not completed. The money got deducted though, and I have not received a refund yet .
Kindly look to it, and do the needful
