[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — My money has been deducted but Zara shows that its an incomplete order.

I made a payment through google pay and that payment was successful BUT ZARA SHOWED THE PAYMENT WAS INCOMPLETE.
and I talked to google pay guys, they told me to contact to you as you are the merchant and my money is with you guys and not been transferred to zara due to some technical issue.
It an amount of rupees 3070.
I want a refund of my amount as zara has already cancelled my order on their side.
