Sir, I have not yet received the refund rs.199 for the unsuccessful recharge which was done on 21/10/2019. On my followup, icici bank has informed me that complaint sr[protected] has been raised & my bill payment of rs.199.00 has been forwarded to the biller citrus payment solution on october 21, 2019. They have advised me to contact the biller for further assistance. I would like to inform you that i have not yet got rs.199 back to my account. Please do the needful at the earliest.
