[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — Not-getting of payment receipt.

Dear sir,
I have made a payment of rs.800/- to rie, cee towards exam fees. Regret to say that at the time of ending payment no receipt generated. The citrus site was shown error. But rs.800/- has deducted from my bank account vide transaction id : "igabdxyjt" dtd.19.04.2017

" therefore, i request you to please guide me in this regard that how i get the payment receipt or kindly send me the payment receipt to my mail : [protected]@gmail.com.

I have made a transaction with RIE through your payment gateway. But till today I am not able to get the payment receipt from your side. RIE confirm the following mail :-
"our transaction[protected] processed on[protected] for Rs.800.00 is a successful transaction. We would request you to kindly approach the merchant regarding the payment receipt."
Therefore, I request you to please provide me the payment receipt to my following mail.

Sir,
This is to inform you that I had made a payment of Rs 660/- for PGCET application fees (650 + 10 bank charges) on 30th May 2017, but unfortunately fee receipt was not generated. The bank reference number is [protected]. It would be highly appreciative if the receipt could be mailed to my e-mail i.e. [protected]@gmail.com as it is required for my college admission.
