[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — online payment done to hp gas via ezpay. money deducted but agency says they did not receive the amount. so please refund

Hpgas bkngno 524421 con 637995 bkng clrd 20. Aug.2018 maruthi gas co otp 6160 http://ezpay.hpcl.co.in//ezypay//h//[protected] to pay for refill

Please see the attached screenshot of the confirmation of the payment

The agency says they did not receive any payment and my money is deducted.

Kindly refund asap

There is a transaction number in the screenshot attached. can you not enquire on that? Why do you give reference number to customers in that case ?
