[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — online recharge for bangalore metro card failed and amount got deducted (bmrcl) | |||
I have done online recharge of 1200 rs for the bangalore metro card identified by '[protected]' which is got failed and the same amount deducted from the bank account. Bank txn remark: vin/citruspay b/[protected]/[protected] This is the online portal -https://webtopup.bmrc.co.in/. Tried reaching over the given support number toll free :[protected] which is not in order. And tried by mail through the portal - [protected]@scp. Bmrc.co.in which is failed.
