Citrus Payment Solutions — Order from Zara got paid through Google pay to Citrus via UPI.Payment amount deducted from bank but not refunded.

I paid Citrus for my Zara order via Google pay and the money was deducted from my account but no refund was given to me.
The complaint is for 2 orders:
One in 22nd Sept and another in 30th Sept
Both orders were amount of 2990/.
The transaction details for both of them will be given below. Please kindle look into this issue and refund my money Asap.
I contacted Zara but they have not received any amount. It’s already been 10 days and no money has been credited to me.
