Sir/madam,
My consumer no is 621488, in the name of Dr John Appa Row. I paid on line from Axis bank account number [protected] on 15th June for rs 808.91rs fir HP cylinder which costed 793 rs from Swami enterprises Received the cylinder yesterday but the agency says they have not received any payment. Please note the CRN no from my bank is [protected]., please look into the matter immediately. As per my statement, reference no is INB/[protected]/ Citrus payment gateway. My mobile number is [protected].please revert back as I have paid twice for a single cylinder refill.

• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
