[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — payment amount deducted but ticket not received. | |||||
I was transfering money to my kotak 811 saving account through citrus pay. The amount was deducted from my bank (Pnb through internet banking service) but after payment citrus website didnt redirected me to kotak and there was no ticket received from citrus. The amount was deducted but not received in kotak 811 account. Please resolve this issue asap. Regards! Was this information helpful? | |||||
