Date of Incident/Transaction : 23/05/2018 Description : Rupees 35, 000 had been debited from my HDFC Bank Account but not credited into Beneficiary Account (Bihar Skill Development Mission) due to Payment Gateway/Technical issue. Account statement has been attached for your consideration. Desired Solutions: Kindly either transfer mentioned amount to beneficiary or me with reply mentioning action taken against this issue soon.
