[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Payment Deducted for Zara, but on zara app it shows that payment yet to be made | |
I placed an order on the zara app and for the payment it directed me to citrus app for upi payment. I made a payment of Rs. 1790 via the citrus app, but the payment got deducted from My Kotak account and on the Zara app it reflected nothing at all..attached the deducted amount with the reference number. Kindly refund my money asap... Zara needs to relook into this issue and change the payment gateway partner asap with such numerous issues showing up. Was this information helpful? | |
