[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — payment deducted from my account but not reached at beneficiary

Dear sir,
I made an online payment to rgtu consumer code: raji[protected] and the payment was cut from my account for rs 1500 and the payment id: [protected] and
Bill reference information: [protected] date on 17 april.
The amount is not reached at beneficiary and a receipt is not generated where as i got a message from icici saying amount got deducted from my account.
Request to please refund amount in my account.

Pl help asap...

On 12 April the transaction amount (Rs 3164) was made to ghmc which got failed but the amount is deducted with the transaction ID as [protected] through ICICI Bank.
I want the refund for the amount for the amount as it is unsuccessful from GHMC
