[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — payment deducted from my account but not reached at beneficiary | |
Dear sir, I made an online payment to rgtu consumer code: raji[protected] and the payment was cut from my account for rs 1500 and the payment id: [protected] and Bill reference information: [protected] date on 17 april. The amount is not reached at beneficiary and a receipt is not generated where as i got a message from icici saying amount got deducted from my account. Request to please refund amount in my account.
