[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — payment failed at nios but sbi a/c deducted

I had paid an amount of rs. 4510/- towards nios d. El. Ed. Admission through sbi internet banking on 22/09/2017. The amount was deducted from my account but then browser displayed an error page. After checking nios portal, it was seen "payment not made" at payment status. As per sbi net banking history the reference no of the transaction is: [protected]igacbhlmb2

I waited till date to get the money back to my account, but unfortunately it is not being credited yet.

Please do the needful at your earliest conveniance.

The payment was made on 22/09/2017 and I waited till 27/09/2017 to get the money refund or paid. After finding that NIOS status is not getting updated not my a/c refunded till 27/09/2017 (at NIOS portal they suggested to wait till 48 hours before making 2nd time payment); I went for a second payment on 27/09/2017 which was a successful one. But, the first payment (failed transaction) which I made on 22/09/2017 is not yet refunded to my account.

I just want a confirmation how much time does (should?) it take to get such refund. If it was a successful payment then why was the status in NIOS Portal not updated even after 6 days? I am totally confused at this point. The irony of this "DIGITAL" thing is that - I don't know where is my money!! Surprisingly, NIOS did not get the payment because their portal status is "Payment Not Made"!! And as per you (i.e. Citrus), you got the money from me and paid duly to NIOS (Successful payment). I didn't think that my hard earned money was such a ghost to disappear like this!! The whole plot of this story is VERY SCARY, VERY DISAPPOINTING, VERY INCONVENIENT!!

Eagerly waiting to get a proper reply/confirmation/whereabouts of my money from your end.
