[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — payment failed at nios but sbi a/c deducted | |||
I had paid an amount of rs. 4510/- towards nios d. El. Ed. Admission through sbi internet banking on 22/09/2017. The amount was deducted from my account but then browser displayed an error page. After checking nios portal, it was seen "payment not made" at payment status. As per sbi net banking history the reference no of the transaction is: [protected]igacbhlmb2 I waited till date to get the money back to my account, but unfortunately it is not being credited yet.
