[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Payment failed but amount debited | |
I was making a payment for du pg admission form through vijaya bank. The payment was completed by the bank but when i got redirected to the citrus payment gateway, it said that the payment had failed. However, my account got debited with ₹500. The transaction id given by the bank is 15885328 and the reference id is 18226889. Please rectify quickly because tomorrow is the last day to submit the form. Was this information helpful? | |
