[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — payment made against nios deled registration successful yet showing payments not made

I have made 2 payments for deled nios online registration today.
1. Ref. No. D[protected] transaction no. [protected]igabzvhoa4
2. Ref. No. D[protected] transaction no. [protected]igabzxhkx1
Which have been deducted from my sbi account but the status of the nios shows that "payments not made". Why is this so? Please rectify at the earliest.
