[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — payment not deposited to nios

I have submitted fees rs. 4545.00 on[protected] through credit card of bob. Amount has been deducted to my a/c but not deposit to nios a/c. Last date of fees submission is 30 sept. After that my registration has been cancelled. Plz resolve this problem as soon as possible.
Trace the amount which has been deducted from my a/c. Send to my credit card a/c.

• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• First six and last four digits of the card (In case transaction is processed via Credit/Debit Card).
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• UPI / VPA if any used

I have deposited rs4545 on 13 sep 2017 for DElEd course for NIOS against Nabin Kumar with email id [protected]@gmail.com Reference No D[protected] School UDISE No [protected] using credit card in the name of baleshwar prasad master card from hdfc ending 5661.
Please refund it as the payment was not success but my card is billed
