[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — payment not transferred to air india | |||||
On 18th november 2018 i made a payment of rs.3109/50 from my bank account with sbi to air india for booking an air ticket. Air india informed me that 'payment was declined"and so the ticket was not issued. The amount of rs.3109/50 was debited from my bank account stating" transfer to inb citrus payment solutions." the amount is not yet refunded to me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
