[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — payment returned

Address:Nagaon, Assam, 782125

I have registered d. El. Ed registration (Nios) through online 28/09/2017 using payment indianbank internet banking payment made successful amount deducted from my account rs-4511.80/-. But payment status shows "payment not made". And form not submited and our amount rs 4511.80 not refund till now. Detail attach and also mention below-

• Citrus, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• First six and last four digits of the card (In case transaction is processed via Credit/Debit Card).
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• UPI / VPA if any used

Transfer5000rs to my sbi account .till now not credited.but citrus wallet 5000rs debited.so pls take action and close this issue.
