[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — payment successfully completed but order is not confirmed with vasu store

I did a transaction of 307/- for vasu store through online payment with the help of citrus payments. My transaction was successful but order was not confirmed. So kindly confirm the order or retrun the amount. I did transaction on 19/04/2019 by 8 30 PM. Thank you.

I have mailed them my issue... And they gave proper information about my transaction... My issue was cleared
Dear sir I have recharged RS 265 through sundirect app on[protected] amount was deducted but it's showing insufficient balance in your DTH. I call to sundirect customer care service they told to wait three hours still it's not working. Please check whether problem was resolved or not.
