We have paid 960 rupees towards our metro water and sewage tax on the 29th Dec'20 which has gone unpaid which has not reflecting in the Chennai metro water website how ever the pmt has been debited from our bank account.

Where can i share the Screenshot??
We are unable to trace any transaction through this phone no. and email ID. Please help us with the needful Citrus transaction ID or Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
