I ordered a perfume online through Zara website on the 8th August 2021. I chose an option to pay through UPI payments. They redirected me to citrus solutions merchant to continue my payment. I entered my upi id of google pay. An amount of Rs 1280 was deducted from my account while it was reflected that the payment was pending and now cancelled. Kindly refund the money deducted.
