[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Please Give refund | |
I placed an online order on Zara india on 21 July 2020 on 11:02 am. The payment was made online via Google pay of rupees 990 for which zara had used citrus payment gateway. The payment was debited from my account but zara never received it. The order was cancelled by zara as payment kept pending. The order ID was [protected] and my upi id used was [protected]@okaxis and the transaction ID[protected] . I haven't been initiated a refund. Your transaction with Citrus ID UPI[protected] processed for Rs. 990 was a failed transaction. The amount has been refunded to your source account on[protected] and shall reflect into your account within 7 to 10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) from the date of refund.
