[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — re charge not proceed in sun direct app | |||
Dear Team, I had made a recharge subscription of Rs 900 for Sun direct DtH on 30th June 2019. The amount got debited from my bank account, but in sundirect app they have not recieved the payment of Rs 900. I had made the payment through UPI Kindly look into this matter and initiate the transaction asap. I had attached the screenshot of transaction. Was this information helpful? | |||
