[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Refund issue

I placed an order from Zara on the 23rd of December, 2020 for Rs 1470 through upi. The order got returned without reaching me and I still haven't received the refund in my account even though zara claims that they have initiated the refund on the 23rd of Dec 2020. I have checked with the bank and even have my bank statements and there is no credit for this. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Kindly request your customer to contact the customer support team of the card/account issuing bank, in case the amount is not reversed into the account .
