Hi, Amount of 7990 rs was deducted on 9th Nov as part of payment to zara.com and they have not received the payment and I have proof of the same . Attaching both transaction of Zara and my google pay . Please look at this at earliest . I do not understand why a Citrus does not have call support esp when its a payment gateway . Hi Anusha same thing happened with me . Mine amount of ra 6544 got stuck with citrus payment solution. Any idea how to get back the refund from these people they are just robbing our money

Anusha even we can’t connect with zara as well because there customer care no. Is not working which they have provided in their App and Chat support is also useless hardly they response on chats.
Same issue with me too. Can we all do something ?
