I had made an online transaction while booking an Indigo flight on 7th August 2016, the transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account and till now it has not been refunded back. I am constantly in touch with the support team through mail but all they say is to be patient. Its been so many days still the money has not been refunded. Please do look into the matter and do the process of refunding my money back. Verified Support Aug 28, 2016 Citrus Payment Solutions Customer Care's response Dear Senjuti, We would like to inform you that the transaction CTX[protected] for 68713.00 INR was not successful at our end. Please note that we have not received the funds at our end. If in case of any deduction the same shall be refunded within 7 to 10 working days (excluding Saturday/Sunday and public holidays).
