Dear sir, I have made a payment of rs. 4553.10 on 29/9/2017 using idbi bank of india debit card. Above mentioned amount is deducted but nios website status showing "payment not made". Then i tried again & repayment has been done. I need my previous refund amount. Kindly resolve this issue...
