This is regarding your payment gateway, while shopping from Zara, I opted to pay through UPI payments where they redirected me to you (citrus payment solutions). So I paid the amount of ₹2990 from my google pay. My money got deducted from my account but Zara didn’t received my money and my product got cancelled. Please kindly refund back the amount asap.
