Citrus Payment Solutions — Requesting refund as soon as possible | |
I was placing an order on zara india online on 31st december 2020 and had opted for payment through upi. I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway. I did the transaction through [protected]@okicic and money got debited from my account. I cancelled the order later, zara cancelled the order from their side. I haven’t been initiated a refund.
