I made a payment of rs.5000/- for opening a new savings account no. [protected] in kotak mahindra bank through kotak mahindra debit card payment service provider by citrus payment gateways online on 28.5.19. The txn no. Is inva33f73703f. Txn status is success. The rs.5000 payment is made by me from kotak mahindra bank saving account no.[protected] through debit card. But did not receive rs. 5000 in my new kotak account yet. Kindly plz resolve my issue.
