[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — Stuck Payment via UPI

I’ve not received my ZARA refund done via google pay and it has been more than 14 days and have not yet received the amount and the order got cancelled so when Will I get my money back

Apologies for the inconvenience. As checked, this is a failed transaction and amount for same has been refunded on 1/07/2021 via RRN[protected]. You will receive the amount in your source account within 7-10 working days (except Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays). Please contact your issuing bank with the given ARN for further assistance.

The bank has asked me to contact you since they are claiming to have not received the refunded amount. Kindly provide me with your WORKING contact number since I need to talk to someone incharge

processed on[protected] for Rs. 3180 was a failed transaction. The amount has been refunded to your source account on[protected] and shall reflect into your account within 7 to 10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) from the date of refund.

Kindly contact the customer support team of the card/account issuing bank, in case the amount is not credited to the account within the mentioned time
