Citrus Payment Solutions — transaction debited but not credited to another bank account | |
Hi, I did a transaction of rs 5000, the amount got deducted but have not been credited to another bank account. Its been more than 48 hours. I have not even got the reversal. Please update on this as i need the urgently. I have spoken to the same bank account customer service from where i made the transaction they also don't have any update regarding the reversal.
