Hi,

With regards to the ticket number assigned case: 05925366

Subject: booking to thirupathi package

Transaction was not processed on time, waiting for refund. I have sent an email a week back, no one has responded yet, not even called me to check even after multiple time follow up. I have provided sufficient information to support my request but has not been addressed so far. Kindly look into it at the earliest.
