[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — two time payment made by me | |
Sir i beg to say state that, i am ankan kumar singh son of bibhakar prasad singh. I try to make registration on nios for Deled course on 17/08/2017 i fill all manadetory field when i go to make payment option then 6070 shown for this Registration then i make payment through sbi visa debit card, amount deducted from my account but payment uncompleted shown on screen then on next day (18/08/2017) payment fee changed or 4500 demanded shown on the screen after it i made payment second time total 4553.10 rs through sbi visa debit card or then my registration shown shown completed on the screen after 4 hours. But my first deduction 6070 not refund in my account. So please make solution for this or refund my deducted amount. My reference id - d10220006 My enrollment no-[protected] Bank transaction number for successfull Registration ctx[protected], Please refund my amount 6070 rs which i Made on 17/08/2017 I will be grateful of you For a long time.
