Citrus Payment Solutions — Unprofessional Behaviour (Refund Not Received) | |
I placed an order on the 30th June, 2021 via UPI (Paytm and Citrus Payment Solution). The payment was successful from my end but Zara did not receive the amount and the order got cancelled. So I first tried to reach customer care and they asked me to wait for 14 days and I patiently waited but did not receive the refund, I contacted the customer care again but they said the refund has been processed by Zara but my bank has confirmed no amount was received. I have requested for the UTR number against the refund but Zara has not been able to provide it for nine days. Every day they just tell me that we are sorry for the inconvenience and we have escalated the issue to the finance department. This is extremely infuriating and unprofessional. Your transaction with Citrus ID UPI[protected] processed on[protected] for Rs. 5370 was a failed transaction. The amount has been refunded to your source account on[protected] and shall reflect into your account within 7 to 10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) from the date of refund.
