[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — unsuccessful payment to nios | |||
Sir/madam, I paid nios twice for same application due to transaction fail from your payment gateway. These are following details Name of the applicant = binay pramanick Application reference no = d[protected] I used an sbi debit card and the amount of rs 4553.1 got debited in this process. A message arrived immediately as the following- "thank you for using your sbi debit card 622xxxxxx for a purchase worth rs. 4553.1 on pos [protected] at citruspay nios txn# 734920." But the corresponding nios website showed payment not received. Hence i had to pay again. Would you please look into the matter and provide me with the transaction status and the details of it so that i may ask the concerned authority to refund my money?
