Citrus Payment Solutions — UPI Payment issue on Zara | |
Hi, I placed an order on Zara mobile application on[protected]. I used Google pay application for UPI payment. The amount was debited from account but the payment page on the Zara application was not responding. Afterwards, the order was shown pending. The Zara site said, payment was pending. But already the amount has been debited from my account through google pay. after few time, the order was cancelled as payment delayed. I contacted Zara customer care and their agent told me that it will be remitted back to my account in 10 days. But there is no proof for anything. what kind of a service is this?? If i did not get a refund in few days, i will be going to consumer court for illegally keeping hold of costumers money for several days. Upon research i came to know that same is happening to a lot of people. Was this information helpful? | |
