[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Zara Order Complaint- Refund Requested | |
I placed an order on Zara India online on 11th September and had opted for payment via UPI I then did the payment through Paytm for which Zara uses the citrus payment gateway. I did the transaction and money got debited from my account but zara did not receive the amount. I haven’t been initiated a refund. Please help.
