Citrus Payment Solutions — Zara order payment failed- Transaction successful on Citrus Pay but not received by Zara, want refund

Hi,

I made a purchase at Zara through Google Pay(Citrus solutions pvt ltd.). The transaction was successful but Zara did not receive the money and cancelled my order. The transaction was made on August 4 at 9:16 PM. My money is stuck with Citrus solutions and I want refund for the same.
Details for the order are given-
