Hi, I made payments of Rs. 6550/- twice (Total ₹13100/-) and yet my order was not confirmed while the money was deducted. The details of my transactions are as follows: 1. INR 6550 debited from A/c no. XX7867 on[protected]:56:42 IST at UPI/P2M/[protected]/CITRUS SO/Axis Bank. 2. INR 6550 debited from A/c no. XX7867 on[protected]:59:04 IST at UPI/P2M/[protected]/CITRUS SO/Axis Bank. I need a refund of the above amounts at the earliest since my orders were never confirmed or processed. Moreover, Zara has not issued any email informing me of the refund. They have simply taken the money without providing any products in return. Was this information helpful? | |
