[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Zara payment failed but amount debited | |
I was placing an order on zara india online on 131st march 2021 and had opted for payment via upi. I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway. I did the transaction via [protected]@oksbi and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount. So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending I haven’t been initiated a refund. Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest. Apr 9, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Though it took few days, and during the period there was no response received for any of the sides( neither the company nor this platform). And there is no proper grievance redressal mechanism or any contact point to get connected. Since my refund was initiated to my associated account. Hence, I mark my complaint resolved. Your transaction with Citrus ID OL[protected] processed on 31st Mr 2021 for Rs. 3480.00 was a failed transaction. The amount has been refunded to your source account on 3rd April 2021 and shall reflect into your account within 7 to 10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and bank holiday) from the date of refund. There has been no response from the team regarding refund nor any update from Citrus Payment Solutions.

I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction via [protected]@oksbi and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending
I haven’t been initiated a refund.
Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest.
