Citrus Payment Solutions — Zara - Payment processed but not reached Vendor (Refund requested)

I was placing an order on Zara India online on 9th October 2021, 5:00 PM.

I completed the payment through google pay for which Zara had used the citrus payment gateway.

I did the transaction via my UPI ID and money got debited from my account but Zara did not receive the amount.

The order failed to process and I haven’t been initiated a refund.

Kindly check my concern and give me a refund of my money at the earliest.
