Hello. I still haven't received the refund for the order I've cancelled a while ago. The payment has been done and amount has been deducted but Zara still couldn't even process it because it was a UPI payment and now they told me to contact this bank. Please make sure I get the refund at the earliest. Didn't expect such services through Zara atleast.
